The MCD ozonator is the heart of DEL’s complete ozone solution for spas. It produces higher ozone concentration levels via corona discharge electrode technology which increases water quality and purity far above previous technologies.

The MCD, in combination with complete injection, mixing, degas, and destruct options, represents DEL’s latest advancements in ozone technology for spas---achieving the perfect balance between ozone efficacy and safety.

DEL Ozone’s MDV (Mixing Degas Vessel) effectively reduces ozone off-gas when used in conjunction with the MCD ozone generator. The MDV reduces off-gas via injection, mixing, de-gas, and ozone destruct (ozone off-gas is trapped and easily destroyed by the destruct cartridge) The MDV also includes a built in Venturi injector.

The benefit of the MDV is that it allows higher ozone concentrations to be safely introduced into the spa water while thoroughly increasing sanitation potential.

DEL Ozone’s Liquid Gas Mixer LGM (3/4" x 3/4" hose barb) and Multiplier Nozzle re-dissolves ozone downstream from injector and increases overall mixing efficiency. The DEL Ozone LGM creates a more uniform distribution of ozone bubbles returning back to the spa. When used in conjunction with the Mazzei injector it meets UL ozone off-gas requirements.

DEL Ozone’s spring loaded check valve (7-1004 with 1/4" x 1/4" or 3/8" x 3/8" hose barb fittings) revolutionizes water back-flow prevention and ozone generator protection. It prevents water back-flow into the ozone generator and has 10X longer lifespan then conventional check valves used in this industry.

CDS-16
Our extremely compact CDS-16 Corona Discharge ozone product provides ozone delivery comparable to that of ultraviolet systems (UV) but in a much smaller package.

The CDS-16 corona discharge ozone system is considerably more efficient then UV systems and results in low power consumption (90ma @ 11 watts), lower heat generation, lower operating costs and lower replacement costs. The isolated circuitry of the CDS-16 eliminates voltage spikes, caused by starters and ballasts within a UV ozone product. Many UV products are notorious for upsetting spa-pack electronics.
