The AGW-4015/4025 recirculates ozone-enriched cold water through tanks up to 2000 gallons. The "Skid Mounted Recirculating Ozone Sanitation System" is designed to charge up a given tank of water for easy barrel and tank washing, wall and floor cleaning, drain and hose sanitizing, and clean in place (CIP). With a few added accessories, the AGW-4015/4025 can hook up to an automated barrel washing system (2-up or 4-up) for automatic barrel washing with cold, ozone-enriched water and decreased hot water consumption.

- Saves Time and Money
- Using ozone reduces hot water usage, thus reducing energy consumption.
- Saves time on heat up and cool down processes.
- Saves hot water wear and tear on equipment.
- Dissolved ozone is less harmful than hot water on gaskets (no noticeable deterioration of gaskets).
- Reduces Harsh Chemical/Chlorine Use
- Dissolved ozone is not harmful to the environment.
- Dissolved ozone is a better sanitizer than chlorine.
- Dissolved ozone is safer than chlorine or sulfur dioxide.
- Ozone is a Strong, Powerful, Scientifically Proven Oxidizer
- Ozone kills all know bacteria, viruses, mold, spores, yeast, mildew and fungus faster than hot water or chlorine.
- Microorganisms cannot build up a tolerance to ozone as they can (and do) to chlorine.
Applications Include:
- Direct Contact
- CIP
- Facility surface sanitation
- Bulk water treatment

Efficacy studies were conducted by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) according to AOAC Official Method 961.02; Germicidal Spray Products as Disinfectants Test and AOAC Official Method 960.09*; Germicidal and Detergent Sanitizing Action of Disinfectants provided the above results for the AGW-0500, AGW-1500G and AGW-4015/4025.

DEL’s surface sanitation systems are registered with NSF, ensuring OSHA’s safety compliance, and compliance to anti-microbial efficacy claims - AOAC Methods under the USEPA Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) Disinfectant Technical Science Section (DIS/TSS). They are also listed in the NSF International White Book™ (former USDA White Book) under non-food compounds for no-rinse surface sanitation. The AGW-4015 NSF registration number is #129300and the AGW-4025 is #129381
