The DEL Ozone Privacy Policy was formulated to demonstrate our commitment to the privacy of our Registered Users and recipients of our monthly email newsletters. The following paragraphs describe the procedures we use to gather & distribute information. DEL Ozone does not share, sell, or distribute any personal information to third party vendors unless specifically requested/authorized to do so by user.

1. Certain DEL Ozone registration pages (i.e. DEL USER, DEALER/DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM PARTICIPANT, ONLINE LITERATURE REQUEST & SERVICE EDUCATION REQUEST) solicit user contact and basic demographic information. Because we use this information to contact you, send you requested materials, or to share with a DEL authorized distributor (if requested), it is very important that the information entered is absolutely correct. We also use this contact information to update you with news about our company, latest developments in our industry, sales promotions and new product releases. This demographic information is used to customize the advertisements displayed on our website, wherever possible, the viewers' expressed interests. All information collected is the property of DEL Ozone, and is shared only with distributors on a strictly limited basis (only after approval from user).

2. DEL Ozone occasionally sends HTML emails to all our registered users to inform them of special offers, promotions and other items of interest relating to our business. A strict “OPT-OUT” policy is in place to remove registered users from this list. Please read below for further information regarding our opt-out policy.

3. The DEL Ozone website hyperlinks to DEL Ozone approved e-commerce sites (for residential pool and spa retail sales) and to national and international distributors. We have no control on the content of these sites. DEL Ozone disclaims all responsibility for the content of these linked Web sites and their privacy practices. Please read their privacy statements for your own protection.

4. DEL Ozone collects credit card and demographic information for its online store through a SSL connection. None of this information is ever shared or distributed to third parties outside of DEL Ozone. Contact with customers is limited to phone calls and emails about current orders only.

Security
We secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. DEL Ozone uses www.web-partners.com to secure the information you provide us. The computer servers are in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to our website through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted protection. We have also placed certain security measures to protect against the abuse, alteration and/or loss of the data under our control and all our employees are informed of these measures. We make a complete read-only backup of all the information collected on our web sites.

Spamming Protection
DEL Ozone does not “spam” its users or purchase mailing lists to send unauthorized bulk emails. DEL Ozone users that have “opted-in” to our Dealer/Distributor Information Database or Online Literature Request may receive monthly newsletters or product updates. Users may opt-out at any time by sending an email to remove@delozone.com or simply by clicking the “remove me from your list” opt-out link found on the bottom of ALL newsletters. Users will immediately be removed from our mailing lists and marked “do not deliver” in our customer databases.
