Ozone is a Proven Technology

In 1906 the city of Nice, France built the first municipal water purification plant utilizing ozone and ozone has been used to purify municipal drinking water ever since. Currently, most major US Metro areas utilize ozone for drinking water and many also use it for wastewater treatment as well. In 1976 the EPA approved ozone as an antimicrobial and in 1982 the FDA approved ozone as an antimicrobial additive to bottled water.

Ozone offers environmentally safe sanitation/disinfection for municipal and domestic ground and surface water, wastewater, cooling towers and industrial cooling, ground water remediation and most applications that are wettable.
