DEL has a team of service experts, hand-picked and trained by our staff to offer the highest level of ongoing field and customer service. Our network of selected field service providers is regionally located in order to provide quick and reliable service, no matter where you are located.

DEL Direct

DEL’s philosophy is to give its customers a comprehensive service that eliminates middlemen and the runaround for both initial design and installation of an ozone sanitation system and for support. Commercial customers can deal with DEL directly for all phases of system design and installation, in-service orientation, and maintenance services. 

Retail customers who buy from one of DEL’s approved vendors receive warranty and service support through the vendor, and may take advantage of installation guides, manuals, and product information through the DEL website. The Document Library page contains links to PDF brochures and installation guides for a majority of DEL’s current products.
