Joel Peterson, President and CEO

Joel Peterson is President of DEL Ozone. He was appointed to the position by the Board of Directors in fall 2010 after serving for many years as the Vice President for Finance. Joel has worked at DEL since 1992 and has been engaged in strategic planning and market development as well as being responsible for managing all of the company’s financial activities. Prior to joining DEL, Joel held increasingly responsible positions at TRW, NERCO, and Rantec Electronics. He earned his MBA in finance at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.
 

Joe Cannavino, VP, Products and Applications, DEL Ozone

Joe Cannavino, Vice President, Products and Applications

Joe Cannavino has been with DEL Ozone since 1996 as Commercial Program Manager, R&D Engineering Manager, V.P. Engineering, and now as Vice President, Products and Applications. He has developed numerous products for reducing harmful microorganisms and unwanted chemicals and chemical byproducts in water and on surfaces utilizing clean and sustainable ozone technology. He is on the board of Directors of the International Ozone Association. Joe has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, plus over 10 years experience working for various Aerospace and Defense companies, including Douglas Aircraft, Rockwell International, and Northrop Corporation prior to joining DEL.
 

Beth Hamil, VP, Corporate Compliance, DEL Ozone

Beth Hamil, Vice President, Corporate Compliance

Beth Hamil has worked in the swimming pool and spa industries since 1978, as the Engineering Manager of California Cooperage and has been working for DEL Ozone since 1985.  Her DEL positions have included product and program development and management in commercial, industrial and food safety. Beth pioneered the development of the first NSF listed ozone system for commercial pools and spas under Standard 50 in 1985, and has worked ever since with various NSF groups, universities and government agencies to test and validate the safety and efficacy of ozone systems in applications for pools, spas, food safety, and aquatic life support systems.  Most recently, she has been a working member on the Water Quality and Disinfection Technical Committee of the Model Aquatic Health Code (Centers for Disease Control), which has endorsed ozone as an approved technology for secondary sanitation of aquatics installations.
 

John Grillo, VP, Sales, DEL Ozone

John Grillo, Vice President, Sales

John Grillo has been with DEL Ozone since January 2010 as the Vice President of Sales, with special responsibilities for the DEL Clean Ozone Laundry Program and the DEL Aquatics Ozone Sanitation Program. As president of National Energy Services Company from 1996 to December 2009, John was responsible for the design, analysis and implementation of energy efficient commercial applications, including commercial ozone laundry retrofits. He has designed and implemented energy efficient programs for utility companies from New Jersey to California. Prior to 1996 he led sales, design and construction initiatives in the electrical contracting industry.
